Christopher is a global storyteller, supporter of dreaming, slayer of negativity and liberator of your inner child all while being a catalyst of collaborative possibilities. He inspires individuals & groups to positive action by thinking differently together. When people say can't he shows them that they can through intelligent and compassionate creative problem solving.
Before Co-Founding WeOverMe he spent 14 years with the Walt Disney Company where he was a Designer, Global Creativity & Innovation Director, and Innovation Catalyst.
During this time at Disney Christopher partnered with senior leadership to lead innovation initiatives across the globe in television, news, theme parks, film, consumer products, marketing, engineering, story departments, social/digital, sales, operations, and HR.
As a seasoned Innovator & Creative he has a solid track record of verifiable successes in driving immediate impact and results, while setting the stage for individuals, teams, and companies to make their own impact on today’s rapidly shifting world. He drives transformation and impact through the cutting edge of leadership, facilitation, and training of Design Thinking & creative behaviors – changing the game in how companies, both large and small, approach longstanding, legacy challenges as well solving for new purpose driven futures.
Around the globe Christopher is also a provocative and entertaining keynote speaker on innovation, leadership, story, collaboration and design. He engages audiences in a uniquely entertaining and informative style of storytelling which is stoked by his positive even rebellious attitude.
In addition to WeOverMe, he is a Consulting Executive Creative Director & Executive Producer at PICROW Studios a hybrid production house & creative group of storytellers in Los Angeles, California.
Christopher has a deep passion for global travel having visited 36 countries, worked in 12, and lived in Hong Kong on assignment. He thrives on anything to do with family & friends, art, design, creativity, history, nature, science, psychology, anthropology, health, art, design, story, and adventure.
